What’s Included

PLUS Program

If you're looking for a functional fitness, Xfit-style program - this is the one for you! It does require a little more space, a little more gear. We have some Olympic lifting, strength training, gymnastics, plyometrics, cardio - all lumped into one big program. So make sure you have the gear for that.

Meditations

I don’t know the first thing about meditation but luckily I know @megmonahan and she knows EVERYTHING about meditation. We created a 10-part, guided meditation series to add some intention and meditation to your day!

BODY - Versions 1, 2, 3

A body-building/aesthetics focused program for a systematic approach to targeting specific body parts on any given day.  This is a great supplemental program to either the Daily DB or the PLUS program

Daily DB - Versions 1, 2, 3

This program is designed for anyone and everyone! The workouts are created to be done with one set of dumbbells but can easily be done with a kettlebell, barbell, weighted sandbag or duffle bag, water jugs, wine bottles or essentially anything around your house that has a little weight to it!  

Movement Demos

Don’t know what a Turkish Get-Up is? Or just want to polish your squat form? We’ve got hundreds of movement demos to remind you how to move correctly! Good form is key to be healthy and injury-free!

Yoga

Similar to meditation, I am not the expert in Yoga, so we brought in @rachelautumn_ of @pauseplaywellness to create a course of everything you need to get started or continue with your Yoga practice. Great for a warm up or cool down.

Team

Everything is better with a buddy! Call up your workout partner and join in on some fun, follow-along team workouts. They are programmed similarly to Daily DB, so minimal equipment is necessary!

Indoorphins is fitness for anyone, from anywhere. It’s built to be a fit for every body.

Whether you’ve never worked out or whether you’re a professional athlete, we have programming for you.

Our programs can be done from anywhere: in the gym, on the road, or at home. On your schedule: during the baby’s nap or your lunch break at work. The programs range from 15-30min quick workouts to hour-long bodybuilding sessions.

If you’re body and mind are tired from the stress of life, we have yoga and meditation.

(COMMUNITY COMING SOON!) If you’re wanting to make some friends or are feeling confused and in need of community support, we have an in-depth community program, where you can ask Charlie, and others like you, any questions, ask for encouragement, brag on your successes, track your progress, and make friends that you wouldn’t have a chance to meet elsewhere.
