Welcome to the Indoorphins PLUS Program!

If you're looking for a functional fitness, Xfit-style program - this is the one for you! It does require a little more space, a little more gear. We have some Olympic lifting, strength training, gymnastics, plyometrics, and cardio - all lumped into one big program. So make sure you have the gear for that.

There is also a progressive strength component, we need to make sure we are logging weights and reps week-to-week. So we can build on those as we go.

It's designed to be a 5x/week program, but start wherever you're at. If 3x/week feels good to you, then start at 3x and eventually ramp it up to 4x or 5x.

When you finish the entire volume, you can either restart on Day 1 and reset those numbers + build back up, or you can move on to the next one.

This is supposed to be intense, so work hard and have fun!
