20-40-60-80-100…add 20 reps each round:
DB Goblet Squats
DB Push Press
DB Step Ups
*complete reps as a team
*one person working at a time, switch every 10 reps
*start with 20 reps of all 3 movements, then 40 and so on. If you finish 100 of each before the time expires, keep adding 20 reps each round
SOLO MISSION
20 Min AMRAP:
10-20-30-40-50…add 10 reps each round:
DB Goblet Squats
DB Push Press
DB Step Ups
*start with 10 reps of all 3 movements, then 20, and so on. If you finish 50 of each before the time expires, keep adding 10 reps each round
*Take a 1 Minute rest after EACH 6 minutes of work ie. Work for the first 6 minutes, then rest until the 7 minute mark and continue where you left off.
