What is Indoorphins?

Indoorphins is a high-intensity, at-home (on the road, in the gym, at work) fitness community.  We combine functional movements, traditional bodybuilding movements, bodyweight exercises, and calisthenics to create challenging but approachable at-home workouts.  The workouts can be done with dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, ankle weights, and backpacks loaded down with books, water jugs or wine bottles (if you have any left). There is no barrier to entry, no intro classes or requirements other than your willingness to show up, work hard and smile about it. We have various program tracks depending on your fitness needs and what kind of equipment you have available.

Why Indoorphins?

It can be done by anyone from anywhere. It’s mobile, it’s flexible, it’s on your schedule and at your pace. 15-40 minutes, a couple of weights, some great tunes and a rad community will change your day.  We get you in, work you hard, get you connected, and get you out.  We generally hit full body every day and take the thinking out of your programming.  Do it when you can, as often as you can, and don’t worry about whether it’s an upper body vs. lower body day, push vs. pull day, or any of that.  We have hundreds of workouts to work your way through and a community hub that connects you with hundreds of people around the world. With Indoorphins, we are all on the same page, learning from each other and motivating each other to push through the pain and get just a little bit stronger.  We make it easy to build your own community of people that get together to get it done.  Need more? This is a great strength component for those of you that like to spin, bike, run, or hike on your own.

Who is it for?

Everyone.  Plain and simple: everyone deserves to move and sweat, to feel motivated, strong, and committed.  We can scale everything up or down depending on where you’re at in your fitness journey.  No one is here to compare or judge you, only to celebrate that you are here, doing it alongside the rest of us.  We are all here to feel better and be better and that’s what counts.  I try to offer a few basic modifications depending on the movement and I’m always available to address your specific needs on our community platform.

Virtual Personal Training: One on one virtual training from the comfort of your home. I will work with you based on what gear you have available and create a customized program for you and whoever you are quarantined with.
