If you're looking for a functional fitness, crossfit-style program - this is the one for you!

It does require a little more space, a little more gear. We have some olympic lifting, strength training, gymnastics, plyometrics, cardio - all lumped into one big program.

There is also a progressive strength component, we need to make sure we are logging weights and reps week-to-week. So we can build on those as we go. It's designed to be a 5x/week program, but start wherever you're at. If 3x/week feels good to you, then start at 3x and eventually ramp it up to 4x or 5x.

Call up your workout partner and join in on some fun, follow-along team workouts. They are programmed similarly to Daily DB, so minimal equipment is necessary!

For the days you need a more relaxed workout.

Similar to meditation, I am not an expert in Yoga, so we brought in Rachel Autumn of @pauseplaywellness to create a course of everything you need to get started or to continue with your Yoga practice.

Great for a warm-up or cool-down. Yoga builds your flexibility and strength, while also providing stress relief and improved mental health. We believe everyone can benefit from some added yoga in life!

The Indoorphin's BODY Program is a progressive Strength and Aesthetics Program, designed to get you strong & get you jacked.

It's a 3x/week, progressive program, so make sure you're logging your weights and your reps, so you can build on them week to week.

For this program, we do use a little bit more equipment: we have dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, and sometimes a cable machine. So if you're a member of a gym or have a fully built-out home gym, then this is the perfect program for you.

It's designed to be a stand-alone program, so you can do the BODY program by itself. But, it also works in conjunction with the Daily DB or PLUS program, especially on those off days.

This program is designed for anyone and everyone!

Daily Dumbbell is created to be done with one set of dumbbells, but can easily be done with a kettlebell, barbell, weighted sandbag or duffle bag, water jugs, wine bottles or essentially anything around your house that has a little weight to it! Plus, the workouts are short and sweet, and only as intense as you make them!

This is the program for the everyday person who wants to add healthy movement to their routine, but also for the athlete that wants to keep up with their cross-training cardio/lifting. It can be scaled up or down, over and over again, to whatever fits YOUR needs.
