*add weight if possible

**AFTER EACH SET, do 1 minute of your cardio of choice

***options: treadmill, spin bike, jump rope, rowing, high knees, jumping jacks, run down the street and back, run up and down your stairs, etc…anything easy to get in and out of that keeps your heart rate up!

8 Min EMOM:

10 DB Curls + 10 DB High Pulls

*should be able to finish all reps at about 40 seconds, scale reps as needed
