DB Elevated Heel Squats

*After EACH set of squats, do 1 minute of Cardio of Choice

**cardio option: rowing, stationary bike, spin bike, treadmill, run up and down some stairs, run down the block and back, jump rope, jumping jacks, high knees, up/downs, anything that keeps your heart rate up

***try to add weight to squats. If you can’t start with weight, try to add a little weight as you work your down through the reps
