TEAM MISSION

As Fast As Possible:

200 Jumping Air Squats

*Switch partners every 20 Reps

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1:

DB Cleans

DB Thruster

**Each person does each set. Complete each full round, then switch partners. ie. Partner 1 does 10 DB Cleans & 10 DB Thrusters, then Partner 2 does 10 Cleans & 10 DB Thrusters. Then partner 1 does 9+9 then partner 2 does 9+9 and so on until each partner completes 1 Clean & 1 Push Press.

200 Jumping Lunges

*Switch partners after every 20 Reps

SOLO MISSION:

As Fast As Possible:

100 Jumping Air Squats

1 Min Rest.

DB Clean

DB Thrusters

*once you start a set, you can’t put the DBs down until that entire set is completed. ie. once you pick up the weights to start your set of 10, you cannot put the weights down until you complete all 10 DB Cleans and all 10 DB Thrusters. Then set the weights down, rest a second, and same thing for 9’s, and work your way down.
